Robert S. “Bob" Lowery is the Managing Partner of MREA - Medical Real Estate Advisors, a healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. He has experience in various aspects of commercial and healthcare real estate including appraisal, development, management and brokerage in the Greater Houston area since 1998.
Mr. Lowery's passionate decision to create MREA was based on foundational experience within leading general commercial real estate companies such as Colliers International, Marcus & Millichap and Coldwell Banker Commercial. Most recently within his firm, Mr. Lowery was the leading healthcare real estate specialist among 40+ associates. His extensive client list and daily interactions with health care decision-makers and investors will set MREA out with a creative, yet clear vision.
Mr. Lowery's dedication to his craft, in which he demonstrates a tremendous appetite for knowledge and information regarding the Greater Houston and Texas medical communities, is precisely how MREA will control the detailed components and negotiations that are essential to a successful deal-making.
Mr. Lowery is currently spearheading several strategic initiatives to promote MREAs positioning in Texas' largest medical communities. In his past, Mr. Lowery has been jointly responsible for the management, leasing and disposition duties of over $1 Billion in commercial and healthcare real estate assets within the Greater Houston area.
MREA conducts independent, selective evaluations on land that is ideally suited for medical development, as well as healthcare facilities that may be sold for the purposes of investment or use. Whether the property is available or not, MREA ensures proper due diligence has been performed prior to engaging our clients.
MREA attracts physicians, hospitals and investors through its strategically built healthcare real estate platform. This provides MREA and its clients the opportunity to effectively manage the entire lease or sale transaction process whereby exposing the opportunity to the most suitable candidates.
