Magellan Real Estate Acquisitions USA Inc. is a property investment and renovation company that buys properties directly from buyers and realtors as well as at foreclosure auctions, wholesale, or probate. After acquiring a property, Watch Tower Asset Management LLC, its wholly owned Ohio U.S. trading subsidiary, hires and actively manages contractors to rehab, update, refurbish, and remodel based on the cost-benefit analysis of flipping the property for a profit. The Company sources, manages and hires realtors, insurance companies, lenders, lawyers, as well as trade workers such as plumbers, roofers, electricians, and landscapers. The Company will evaluate if it makes sense to flip the home for resale or turn it into a short-term or long-term rental to manage and hold in its portfolio.
